The Director of Engineering is a key member of the hotel's senior leadership team, responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services, and protection of the owner's assets. This role encompasses all structural aspects of the hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities. Beyond operational excellence, the Director of Engineering serves as the steward of the hotel's environmental sustainability agenda, driving energy conservation initiatives and measurable performance improvements. - Financial Returns & Budget Management • Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans • Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on energy management, preventive maintenance, and capital planning • Lead hotel renovations and other projects; Job Descriptions: 1. Oversee and manage the entire maintenance and operation of the exterior of all the Horticulture, Soft Landscape, Hard Landscape and irrigated areas; 2. Perform daily inspections to ensure the level of 1st class landscape environment is maintained; 3.
