主要职责 Main Duties 1.协助经理发展，完善，监督酒店的安全系统，包括消防安全，员工和财产保护。 To assist the Security Manager in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the hotel’s safety and security procedures, including fire safety, employee and asset protection. 2.持续监视安全装置中紧急的状况。 Continuously monitors installed safety devices for emergency readiness. 3.巡逻公共区域，餐厅，客用楼梯，办公室，植物室，以及酒店的其他地方，确保这些地方和酒店内、外财产的安全，并使客人和员工觉得舒适。 Patrols public areas, restaurants, guest floors, offices, plant rooms and all other areas of the Hotel, ensuring safety, security and comfort of all guests, hotel personnel and property in and around the Hotel. 4.熟悉酒店的布局、地址、消防喷洒系统、烟雾测杆器、防火的设备、紧急出口、消防监控室、消防指示器、紧急疏散和公共地址系统、酒店外的紧急集合地点、火/炸弹的威胁、安全程序，酒店的服务电梯以及紧急救护的设备。 Conversant with every detail of the Hotel layout and the location and function of sprinkler system and smoke detectors, fire fighting equipment and emergency exits, fire control room and fire indicator panels, emergency evacuation and public address systems. 5.指定突发紧急事件时酒店外的集合地点,并确保每个员工都清楚该地点的位置。 Designates an emergency assembly area outside the Hotel and makes aware to all employees of the area. 6.指明火灾炸药威胁,并建立保安程序。 Establishes fire/ bomb threat and security procedures. 7.确保所有客人和客用电梯的安全。 Ensures the safety of all guest and service lifts. 8.对火灾预防和安全建立系统程序。 Establishes operational procedures for Fire Prevention and Safety. 9.对酒店车位进行有效的管理控制。 Establishes efficient traffic control at the Hotel driveway. 10.同当地管理局建立良好的合作关系,并根据当地的政策,遵守所有的规章制度。 Establishes smooth working relationship with local authorities and liaises with them on all required regulations and activities. 11.处理、调查并报告所有有关偷窃、事故、受伤、财产损坏、暴力行为和侵害的事，如有需要的话，协助当地警方对客人、来访者或员工进行询问。 Handles investigation and reports finding on all incidents involves thefts, accidents, injuries, property damages, vandalism and trespassing from guests, visitors or hotel personnel with the assistance of local police if necessary. 12.根据保安部员工守则,计划并协调对客房地板,公共区域,外围,办公室及酒店内与酒店周围所有地方的非正式巡查。 Plans and coordinates ongoing “Non Patterned” patrols of guest floors, public areas, outlets, offices and all other areas within and around the Hotel as specified in the Security Operations Manual. 任职资格： Qualification: 1.有中级消防证 Hold mid-level fire-fighting certificate 2.具有法律，调查手段，治安消防工作知识 Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, OSHA requirements and fire codes and life safety codes. 3.国际联号保安工作至少5年以上 Security experience at international chain hotels should be at least 5 years or more.

岗位职责： 1.贯彻落实国家消防相关的方针、政策、法规，接受专职消防机关的检查领导。 2.根据集团及酒管的消防安全制度，制定酒店防火应急方案，组织实施酒店防火各项计划、要求并进行监督检查。 3.负责定期进行消防防火检查，发现问题限期整改，消防火灾隐患。 4.对酒店员工进行防火安全教育，增加职工的防火意识，并开展各种形式的防火演练活动。 5.发现火灾时，组织带领义务消防队配合消防机关扑救火灾，保护现场，追查处理火警事故，参与调查火灾原因，事后形成事故报告反馈上级。 任职条件： 1.学历不限 2.消防工程、安全管理或相关专业优先 3.有国有企业、酒店行业相关工作经验者优先
