Ensure asset removal policy is adhered to, to prevent hotel assets from being removed without proper authorization. 在酒店的出入口安排外围巡视点，以确保在酒店周围无闲杂人等。 Maintain perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress to ensure that there are no loiterers in the Hotel premise. 严格公正地考核员工的业务知识、工作纪律、责任心，全面了解每个员工的工作状况。 Professionally examine Team Members’ work knowledge, discipline and responsibilities. 负责本班次的日常工作事务和员工考勤。 Responsible for Team Member’s daily shift work schedule and attendance record. 传达和落实部门各项工作安排和培训计划。 Convey and carry out department’s work arrangements and training plans. 对酒店各区域进行随机检查，以保证酒店内安全保卫措施的实行，如防火门保持通畅，水龙带门前无设备堆放，各货物堆放区间保持清洁，以及喷淋头保持充足等。 Conduct random inspections of the Hotel to ensure security practices are being followed, fire exits are not blocked, equipment is not obstructing fire hose reel doors, sufficient clearance between stacked goods and sprinkler heads. 与值班经理配合解决客人安全相关的投诉。通过与客人交流，建立起友好、信任和满意的对客关系。 Cooperate with the on-duty manager to resolve guests' complaints. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 責任概要 : Asst. Manager is response to the training and implementation of all department regulation, rule, procedure and policy. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the implementation, and make any correcting and rectifying suggestions. Assist Loss Prevention Officer to ensure the safety of guest and associate and their property. Participate in investigation and report in accident & incident if necessary. In the absence of manager, Asst. Attendance出勤  Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and time keeping.  遵守出勤和考勤制度。  All changes on shift, i.e. annual leave, change leave, no pay leave, etc. should be approved by Loss Prevention (Asst.) 工作职责： Prepare departmental fire & safety rules, standard operation procedure of hotel CCTV. 负责制定酒店各部门有关消安全工作制度， 以及酒店消防中心设施设备标准操作程序。 Responsible for the entire fire system and fire equipment operation of hotel. Report to Director of Safety & Security/Assistant Safety & Security Manager in a timely manner on finding any unusual questions. 对酒店的消防安全及消防设施设备正常运行负有一定责任，发现问题及时向安全保障部经理/副经理汇报。 Organize the training activities of Fire prevention evacuation knowledge and Fire equipment standard operation for all hotel team members according to their different position. 根据酒店岗位特点负责对酒店全体员工进行消防安全知识培训以及消防器材的使用和操作讲解。 Cooperate with the Engineering Department to prepare hotel fire system and equipment regular operation standard. Pay attention to collect, analyze and study the hotel fire cases. 【岗位职责】 1、疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻。 2、服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。 3、保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。 4、保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。 5、加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。 6、一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。 7、一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。 8、服从定点门岗、巡逻、监控室多点位工作内容的轮岗调度和安排。 【岗位要求】 1、高中及以上学历，退伍军人优先，服从经理对监控与巡逻替岗的安排 2、处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。礼仪礼貌符合国际酒店标准。 3、具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。 4、监控员、领班和主管必须有中级消防设施操作员证。

主要职责： 1.领导保安员每日的工作。 2.为保安员安排酒店巡逻和轮岗。 3.控制保安员并确保他们所做的都是按照标准流程进行的。 4.将每日活动和情况记录在保安部日志中。 5.观察并注意监控室，有任何安全警报给出直接回应。 6.当遇到突发事件时，及时做好突发事件报告。
