岗位职责： 协助保安部经理落实酒店安全管理体系，执行治安防控、消防巡查及安全生产相关工作； 负责门岗、监控、巡视等日常安保工作的现场督导与排班管理，确保运营安全有序； 协助制定消防及应急预案，组织实施安全培训与应急演练，提升团队风险防范能力； 负责各类安全事件的现场应急处置，及时上报并协助跟进处理，控制损失与影响； 配合公安、消防等部门的检查与验收工作，协助推进开业前安全合规及资质办理。 岗位要求： 大专及以上学历，1年以上酒店或大型服务行业安保经验，有高星级酒店背景优先； 熟悉治安管理、消防规范及安全生产要求，了解安全管理制度及操作流程； 具备风险识别与突发事件现场处置能力，能妥善处理各类安全事件； 有安保班组或现场带班经验，执行力强，能有效督导团队规范作业； 原则性强，纪律性高，具备良好的沟通能力与抗压能力，适应筹备期工作节奏。
