Job Description:
1、负责员工日常招聘工作,建立用工渠道及人才储备库。
Responsible for the daily recruitment of staff, the establishment of employment channels and talent pools.
2、负责办理普通员工的入职、离职手续,及人事变动的审核工作。
Responsible for handling the entry and exit procedures of general staff, and the audit of personnel changes.
3、合理调配酒店的人力资源,并提出有效的建议和意见。
Rational allocation of human resources in the hotel, and put forward effective suggestions and opinions.
4、负责各部门人员编制的审核工作。
Responsible for the audit of the staff establishment of each department.
5、负责员工人事档案的管理,及对外公文之草拟和处理。
Responsible for the management of staff personnel files,and the drafting and processing of external correspondence.
6、负责各种人事政策的具体实施及检查工作。
Responsible for the specific implementation and inspection of various personnel policies.
任职资格:
Qualification:
1. 工作经验:有同岗位工作经验(国际联号工作经验优先)
Work experience: similar position working experience(work experience in international chain hotel as priority)
2. 有强烈的上进心、责任感与团队合作精神。
Strong aspiration,sense of responsibility and team spirit,hard – working.
