4. Provide new employee orientation regarding all personnel policies and procedures.

5. Keep all working area in the department clean, all equipment well maintained and keep all files in the order.

6. Prepare the necessary stationary and other office supplies for the Talent & Culture Department

7. Handle action forms and appraisal forms.

8. Handle employee name badge and staff ID card issues,

9. Prepare attendance sheet for Talent & Culture Department.

10.Keeps all Talent & Culture department procedures and policies in order.

11. Assist in the routine function of Talent Service Administration as well as staff welfare & benefit and all staff activities.

12. Handle employee check in / out.

14. Assist in the communication flow to all hotel staff through notice board, newsletter. Bulletin and direct communication with staff regarding Personnel Policies and Hotel rules and regulations.

15. Manage the Staff Locker Room, and make the service including hygiene condition of the locker room meets the employees’ expectation.
