1、Possess knowledge of operation, maintenance, and management of system equipment such as power distribution, boilers, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) 具有配电、锅炉、暖通等系统设备的操作维护和管理知识。 2、Have a profound understanding of the layout and functions of hotel electromechanical engineering equipment, building facilities, etc., and possess strong emergency management capabilities. 对酒店机电工程设备、建筑设备等布局功能有较深的了解和较强的应急管理能力. 3、To provide supervision and guidance and on the job training to associates and to follow up on work progress to ensure that it is properly carried out and completed on time schedule with acceptable quality. 【岗位职责】 1、遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。 2、按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。 3、完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房、监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包大修工作。 4、完成宾客提出的小修工作。 5、完成维修领班安排的其它工作。 6、提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见。 【岗位要求】 1、中专以上文化程度；1年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、以电工优先，对钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强。 3、五官端正。 4、身体健康，精力充沛。

1. 负责酒店营业区域所有机电系统日常运维工作：高低压配电、给排水、中央空调、消防系统、公共设施、客房设备的日常巡检、故障抢修、定期维保，填写巡检台账，保障酒店设备稳定运行。 2. 负责酒店日常零星改造、局部维修、设施整改、设备保养计划落地，管控工程耗材申领与使用。 3. 作为酒店方基建储备对接人员：现阶段同步熟悉酒店整体建筑图纸、机电管线总图、消防、暖通原有布局资料归档整理；待后期新建基建项目启动后，全权对接施工单位、监理单位，负责机电图纸核对、现场施工监管、隐蔽工程查验、机电施工质量验收、施工问题整改跟进等工作。 4. 项目建设期负责施工现场机电安全管控、现场工程量核对、相关工程资料整理归档；对接第三方验收，跟进各项报审事宜。 5. 完成上级安排的其他工程类相关工作。

【岗位职责】 1、全面负责酒店弱电系统（包括但不限于电话、电视、网络、监控、门禁、背景音乐、会议音响等）的日常运行、维护与检修，确保各系统稳定可靠。 2、制定并执行弱电设备的预防性保养计划，定期巡检、测试，及时发现并处理故障隐患。 3、管理弱电班组的日常工作，合理分配维修任务，监督员工操作规范，提升团队工作效率。 4、负责弱电备品备件的申领、保管与使用台账管理，控制维修成本。 5、配合酒店各类会议、宴会、活动等需求，提前调试音响、投影、灯光等弱电设备，保障活动顺利进行。 6、协调处理酒店内部弱电系统改造、升级项目的现场施工监督与验收。 7、完成上级领导交办的其他与弱电相关的工作任务。 【岗位要求】 1、熟悉酒店弱电系统架构及常见设备（程控交换机、闭路电视、安防监控、楼宇自控等）的工作原理与维修方法。 2、具备较强的故障分析与动手维修能力，能独立处理弱电系统常见故障。 3、工作认真负责，具有良好的服务意识和团队管理能力，能带领班组高效完成任务。 4、能适应酒店行业工作节奏，必要时可接受加班或紧急故障处理。 5、持有电工证或相关弱电资格证书者优先考虑。

工作内容： 1、负责协助酒店的日常维护，翻新等。 2、负责酒店家具、木饰面、墙面、地面及天花的维修和保养。 3、在酒店的公共区域和客房维修时尽可能完成锁、闭门器以及门窗、五金件和玻璃的维修工作。 4、在维修保养的过程中确保工作场地的整洁，特别在公共区域和客房中尽量避免打扰有关客人，以免受到有关投诉。 工作要求：持有有效期内健康证，具有相关丰富经验。 工作时间：2026.03.25-2026.04.12 薪资：按天算，250-270/天。 工作福利：包吃住。 工作地点：三亚市凤凰路155号三亚湾红树林度假世界
