Provide excellent service to external customers, as well as internal customers in other departments.

through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
支持行销企划团队的公共关系活动。
Supports PR activities initiated by the Guiyang Marcom team.
帮助营销企划经理处理来自各方面的压力。
Assist the Marketing Communications Manager in hosting Press fams and conducting press tours within the hotel.
与媒体建立并维持很高的关系。
Establishes and maintains good relationship with media.
帮助行销企划部门按规定更新并维持VIP列表和客户邀请单。
Assist the Marcom Department in the regular update and upkeep of VIP lists and invitation guestlists.
帮助行销企划经理准备和更新酒店宣传资料袋。
Assists the Marketing Communications Manager to prepare and update the hotel’s press kits.
为达到新闻稿的目的协调和安排对部门主管的摄影。
Coordinates and makes arrangement for photography of new Department Heads or Excom members for press releases purposes.
靠近与其它部门一起工作揖评估和帮助对内对外的沟通。
Closely works together with other departments to assess and support their internal and external communications
needs.
建立并维持酒店图书和照片的档案管理。
Establishes and maintains the hotel library and photographic image filing
及时准备并递交每月报告。
Prepares and submits the monthly report on a timely manner.
【任职要求】
1.有新媒体运营经验者优先考虑。
2.热爱新媒体运营、具有较强的运营管理、专题策划、信息采编整合能力。
3.有洞察力,每日追踪实时热门话题并捕捉其亮点,创意多。
4.有一定的审美素养,对拍摄、修图技能、视频剪辑技能掌握者优先考虑。
