To function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the bars, to ensure bars operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable. · Focuses attention on improving productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/payroll costs within acceptable guidelines ensuring optimum deployment and energy efficiency of all equipment. · Ensures that bars are operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise. · Assist with achieving the monthly and annual personal target and the bars’ revenue. · Assists in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets. · Manages costs proactively based on key performance indicators, works with the respective heads of department as appropriate. · Ensures new technology and equipment are embraced, improving productivity whilst taking work out of the system.

在整个工作过程中，始终保持高度的客户服务意识。 持积极的工作态度，做好本职工作，并且主动解决问题，能够始终清晰的与客人或同事进行交流。 能够提出对酒店的运作及环境有益的意见或建议。 将服务客人放在首位，能够积极的向客人及供应商推荐酒店的服务及设施。 在工作过程中能够做好本职工作，保证自己及其他人的安全。  礼貌、友好、周到、准时地对客人进行餐饮服务，努力使客人满意。同时，向客人推荐酒水，并进行酒廊的收银。 熟悉掌握酒水单并可以自如地向客人做介绍及搭配。  有能力创作米其林搭餐鸡尾酒，西餐厅酒水搭配，制定酒水单，设定宴会年度酒水推广套餐，管理餐饮部烈酒及饮料。  每周为团队做相应的酒水培训。 保持吧台充足的日常供给，包括酒水、酒具等。 负责对接供应商及市场资源，链接调酒师活动带动客人体验和收益。  礼貌友好地问候客人，确保客人需要的酒水、酒具等能够符合标准地送到，核查客人的身份训练有素地察觉到酒醉的客人，了解有关饮酒的法律知识。 准确输入并登记客人所点或所加点的产品，包括其他服务员提供的酒水。 了解和学习餐饮部其他餐厅的菜肴，以便向客人推荐酒水搭配。  熟悉所有餐厅及酒店其他部门的营业时间。 在客人进入或离开餐厅是都面带微笑并问候客人，无论在任何服务区内。  在工作过程中始终体现职业素质，避免使用冒犯或不礼貌的语言。  每周一次向上一级副总监汇报发生的任何事故，并讨论酒水困难点。 如有必要，该部门有权更改或补充该职位描述。  完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
