Job Summary Responsible that all bars in the hotel are always properly equipped, maintained and cleaned. Ensure that all bartenders are properly trained and follow cocktail standards and recipes. The Head Bartender reports to Qi Bar Manager. As Head Bartender, you will be responsible for the following duties: The Head Bartender is responsible for, but not limited to, the overall bar operations of the outlets. To provide support to the team in ensuring that the highest standards of service are offered to our guests. As Head Bartender, we expect from you: Mandatory: Have a keen interest in food and the culinary ambitions of the establishment. Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
