Responsibilities 工作职责： 1. Conducts routine property inspections as directed to determine maintenance requirements or upgrades and improvements to the property and its assets. 进行设备设施的日常检查, 决定对资产的维修需求升级和提高 2. Responsible for ensuring that all rules and regulations regarding safe working practices are complied with 负责确保安全操作的规章制度落到实处. 3. Assigns specific tasks and job requests to subordinate staff and supervises their day to day activity 委派具体的任务和工作要求给下属员工, 并监督他们每天的行动. 4. Reports any abnormal or extraordinary incidents to the Asst. Chief Engineer and Chief Engineer for his action and follow up. 向副总工程师、总工程师汇报异常的或特别的事件, 以便其行动和跟进. 5. Liases with the Asst. Chief Engineer and Chief Engineer to order specific spare parts or equipment necessary to execute effective maintenance 和副总工程师、总工程师联系定购具体备件或设备必需品, 以执行有效的维修.

工作职责： 【岗位职责】 1. 负责当班事宜分配，跟进工程单，及时解决工程问题 2. 协助以及向副、总工程师负责酒店设施情况，包括部门当班运行情况 3. 值班工程师要及时进行抢修，安装，预防维护以及日常机电设备操系统运行操作，包括程建筑装簧, 消防报警系统，灭火系统，楼宇自控系统，锅炉房，配电房，传呼系统，电子门锁系统，会议及办公设备等等，使设备处在高效和经济的状态下运行 4. 发展和建立申请维修程序和预防维护计划，保证工作得到落实，完成和符合标准 5. 根据每位员工的不同情况合理分派工作，保证员工严格按照设备安全和节约能源的特性进行操作 任职资格： 【岗位要求】 1. 具有机电维修，维护和锅炉维护知识和技能 2. 了解电脑基础知识和应用软件知识 3. 有至少5年相关行业工作经验，国际连锁酒店工作经验优先

1. 主装饰维修板块。 2. Responsible for the weekly, monthly and annually working and maintaining plan to ensure that all staffs have been fully understood.编写周、月和年度维修计划，确保全体员工完全理解。 3. Receive & dispatch maintenance order &   follow up with checking the finished working. Keep records of daily work completed. Make sure the check lists, log books are recorded correctly.负责接收和发放维修单，经常检查完成的维修工作，日常工作必须做好记录并确保日记及报表填写准确。 4. Works closely with the purchasing to ensure the materials ordered are delivered timely与采购部密切联系，确保部门需要的材料可及时购回。 5. Properly arrange daily operation for on-duty engineering team (included duty roster arrangement).根据管理要求，安排技工操作（包括排班）。 6. To ensure that all engineering team are following relevant rules and regulations of the hotel.确保所有员工都遵守相关的酒店条例。 7. To provide a courteous & professional service at all times.任何时候都必须提供专业、热情周到的服务。 8. To ensure operational maintenance & energy consumption under his management are strictly controlled.确保其管理下有关设备的操作、维修和能耗受到严格的控制。 9. Maintain a cleaning area for all the equipment to ensure all of them are working well在其负责的范围内保持工作区域及设施的整洁有序。 10. Respond & attend to fire alarm emergency situation when occasion arises.当有有紧急情况时处理火警与其它紧急事件。 11. Be responsible for all the concerns happened during on –duty stage，Coordinate with others from other departments to complete relevant assignment if necessary .负责解决当班时所遇到的任何事情，如有必要协助其它部门同事完成相关任务。 12. Should be positively involved in daily work focus on guest problem solving.积极参与日常工作，关注解决客人的问题。
