【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店大堂区域的宾客接待与问询服务，提供专业、热情的礼宾服务 2、协助宾客办理入住/退房手续，处理行李寄存及运送服务 3、解答宾客关于酒店设施、本地景点、交通等各类咨询 4、维护大堂区域秩序与环境整洁，及时响应宾客需求 5、协助处理宾客投诉及突发事件，做好记录与反馈 【岗位要求】 1、形象端正，身高男175cm以上，具备良好的服务意识 2、普通话流利，掌握基础英语会话能力（需能完成简单接待） 3、能适应轮班工作制（含夜班），具备较强应变能力 4、有酒店前台/客服经验者优先，无经验可培训 5、持有健康证，无不良嗜好及犯罪记录

岗位职责: Escorts arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner to and from their accommodations, transporting their luggage. Acquaints each guest with room and features. Over 1 year of related working experience. preferred on a similar position within a similar quality hotel. Outstanding fresh graduates can be considered and hired for certain positions. 一年以上相关工作经验，有同等质量酒店相似岗位工作经验者优先考虑。部分岗位可接受优秀应届毕业生。 2. Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods. 能在强压下胜任工作 3. Ability to read English language sufficient to ascertain information from luggage tags and claim checks to write numbers and names on claim checks and rooming lists. 一定的英语阅读能力确保能获取行李牌上的信息，以及托运行李上的相关信息 4. Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience tact and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information. 擅长于处理宾客关系，能快速有效的应对各种问题 5. Ability to understand and follow written or verbal instructions 能遵照指示工作 6. Ability to grasp, lift and carry or otherwise move packages, boxes and luggage up to 100lbs. continuously throughout shift. 有一定负重能力，能在当值期间持续搬运行李和重物 7.
