Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
Responsible for handling hotel staff
recruitment, entry, resignation, job transfer, and other personnel procedures
to ensure smooth processes and compliance with relevant regulations.
负责酒店员工的招聘、入职、离职、调岗等人事手续办理,确保流程顺畅且符合相关法规。
Responsible for managing employee files,
including file establishment, updating, archiving, and confidentiality.
负责员工档案的管理,包括档案的建立、更新、归档和保密工作。
Assist in developing and implementing the
hotel's human resource policies, such as compensation and benefits, performance
evaluation, employee training, etc.
协助制定并执行酒店的人力资源政策,如薪酬福利、绩效考核、员工培训等。
Coordinate personnel needs between
departments to ensure the rational allocation of hotel human resources.
协调各部门之间的人事需求,确保酒店人力资源的合理配置。
Organize and participate in employee
training and development activities to enhance employees' professional skills
and comprehensive quality.
组织和参与员工培训和发展活动,提升员工的专业技能和综合素质。
Responsible for employee attendance
management, salary calculation, and social security payment.
负责员工的考勤管理、工资核算和社保缴纳等工作。
Assist in handling employee disputes and
complaints to maintain employee relations and hotel image.
协助处理员工纠纷和投诉,维护员工关系和酒店形象。
Complete other related work assigned by the
leadership.
完成领导交办的其他相关工作。
Job Requirement要求:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human
Resources, Administrative Management, or related fields. Prior relevant work
experience is preferred.
人力资源、行政管理或相关专业本科及以上学历,有相关工作经验者优先。
Familiar with the six major modules of Human
Resources (recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee
relations, organizational culture), with proficiency in at least two of them.
熟悉人力资源六大模块(招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬、员工关系、组织文化),至少精通其中两个模块。
Possess excellent communication and
organizational skills, able to properly handle employee relations and resolve
labor disputes.
具备良好的沟通能力和组织协调能力,能够妥善处理员工关系,解决劳动纠纷。
Proficient in office software (such as Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and able to handle various HR documents and reports.
熟练掌握办公软件(如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等),能够处理各种人事文档和报表。
Responsible, patient, and attentive, with a
focus on details and able to keep company secrets confidential.
有责任心、耐心和细心,注重细节,能够保守公司机密。
Have a good team spirit, able to work
closely with other departments to jointly promote the company's development.
