主要工作： 1. 指导、监督和协调客房中心和总机的活动。 2. 应用相关程序，适当处理进出酒店的电话和用电话为客人提供一键式服务。 3. 调查关于客房中心和总机的投诉并采取相应措施 。 4. 对所有设备、软件、硬件进行管理和监测，并确保其安装和运转良好。 5. 确保所有电话设备的维护均得到有效进行，并对其实施预防性维护 。 6. 进行交接班说明工作，确定了解酒店活动和运营要求。 7. 在考虑酒店入住情况和预测以及大规模的团组活动的前提下，为电话服务部员工准备高效的工作计划，安排节日和假日。 8. 督导客房中心员工做好遗留物品、钥匙及其它客用物品的管理和控制。定期协助楼层主管处理经理审核过的遗留物品。 9. 负责核实酒水及客房内销售物品的消耗和统计、分析。 10. 每月将客房区域固定物资的进行检查，每季度、年度出盘点表。 任职资格： 1. 文化程度：具有酒店行政管理，酒店管理或相关的大专学历或专业证书。 2. 语言能力：拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能。 3. 电脑要求：熟练使用微软办公软件。 4. 岗位技能：熟悉话务系统和前台系统；具有电话解决问题和能力和组织管理能力。  拥有1年前厅或宾客服务或电话总机工作经验，包括管理经验。
