THE TEAM
You will be part of the Food & Beverage team, reporting directly to the Assistant Director of F&B. This role leads the In Room Dinning department, working closely with cross-functional teams including Kitchen, Front Office, and Housekeeping to deliver seamless in-room dining experiences. You will manage a team including Assistant Manager, Team Leaders, Captains, Order Takers, and Waiters.
YOUR ROLE
As in Room Dinning Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of in-room dining operations. You will ensure exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and adherence to brand standards, while driving revenue growth through innovative promotions and effective team leadership. Your role is key in delivering personalized guest experiences that exceed expectations.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
Lead daily in Room Dinning operations, ensuring service standards and procedures are consistently followed
Deliver exceptional and personalized guest experiences, handling feedback and resolving concerns efficiently
Train, coach, and supervise team members to enhance service quality, product knowledge, and selling techniques
Drive revenue through effective upselling, promotions, and achieving departmental sales targets
Plan staffing, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and compliance with hotel policies
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational coordination
Monitor financial processes including billing, cashiering, and reporting in line with company policies
