Fully in charge of room issue and daily operation of dormitory to ensure good order, to conduct hygiene inspection

Supervise water, electricity consumption and follow up on necessary rectifications

Proper management of room keys

Maintains manager dormitory’s equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair

Maintains records of dormitory and dormitory equipment discard and issues

Complies with Hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy and adheres to conduct personal grooming and hygiene standards

Ensure allannual and sick leave requests are processed giving accurate and timelyresponses to associates

能力要求:
Specifications:
大专以上学历(人力资源管理或酒店、旅游管理专业优先)
Universitygraduate (Major in HR Management, Hotel/Tourism Management is preferable)
良好的中英文书写和表达能力
Good commandof written and spoken in English and Chinese language
具有酒店或服务性行业人事管理工作经验2年以上
Having over 2years working experience in personnel management in hotel industry or servicetrade
熟悉国家及当地劳动法规
Be familiarwith national and local labor law and legislation
良好的问题解决能力和人际关系技巧
Good problemsolving and interpersonal skill
