Be responsible for ensuring that alllearning and organizational development activities are aligned to the corporatedirection. Furthermore, the Assistant L&D Manager is responsible forproviding as well as PROMOTING “a Climate of Enthusiasm” amongst all levelsthroughout the hotel by creating and ensuring colleague satisfaction througheffective learning and development.
