工作职责： This is your chance to join Hilton’s GCM Development team, where you’ll contribute directly to Hilton‘s growth strategy by supporting the addition of new hotels to our expanding portfolio. As the Senior Manager of Development, reporting to the Senior Director of Development GCM, you will play a key role in advancing Hilton’s full－service footprint across GCM. You will source new opportunities, evaluate projects, and negotiate deals in alignment with Hilton’s development priorities. Position Summary: • Source and evaluate new development opportunities by conducting preliminary assessments, financial analysis, and due diligence to support informed decision－making. • Support deal negotiations by preparing proposals, coordinating with senior leaders, and advancing opportunities through contract execution. • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, industry partners, real estate brokers, architects, designers, legal advisors, and local authorities to generate leads and unlock new full－service development opportunities. • Support the strategic planning, development, and coordination of regional development activities to advance company goals, while clearly communicating key messages to internal and external stakeholders. • Partner cross－functionally with AD&C, Operations, Legal, Finance, Feasibility, and Brand teams to ensure project objectives and requirements are met. • Stay informed about market trends and internal initiatives that support team priorities, and maintain close relationships with teams driving brand, product, and service innovation. • Provide accurate activity reports, development approval documents, investment committee materials, and other analyses, research, and presentations to support timely development processes and senior leadership needs. • Represent Hilton at industry events and participate in relevant local industry activities. 岗位职责： 负责在营酒店室内精装修改造工程的现场管理，协调施工与运营交叉作业，减少对正常经营的影响； 审核施工图纸与深化方案，对接设计方与施工方，确保方案落地； 把控材料选型、工艺标准及色彩搭配，提升酒店空间品质； 协调施工与运营部门（前厅、客房、餐饮等）的现场问题，管理施工安全、进度与质量。 任职要求： 大专及以上学历，室内设计、环境艺术、土木工程等相关专业； 3年以上精装修工程管理经验，有在营酒店翻新改造项目经历者优先； 具备良好审美能力，对色彩、材质、空间搭配有敏锐感知； 沟通协调能力强，能有效对接设计、施工、运营多方需求。

1.全面负责物业项目整体运营，制定年度经营计划、预算及成本管控方案，完成营收指标。 2.统筹客服、保洁、工程、绿化全条线现场管理，确保所有服务严格按合同标准、流程、时效执行并持续优化。 3.全面监管项目设施设备（强弱电、暖通、给排水、电梯、消防等）的日常运行、维护保养、定期检测及年度检修计划。 4.监督保洁服务品质，确保公共区域、卫生间等区域达到并保持高标准，营造高品质环境。 5.负责业主投诉、报修的闭环处理，维护内外部重要关系，提升客户满意度与费用收缴率。 6.妥善处理重大突发事件、客诉纠纷及各类突发矛盾。 7.负责部门人员管理和人才梯队搭建，承接部门绩效考核，完成员工的招聘、培训、考核等工作。 8.完善物业管理制度、作业台账；定期召开物业部门例会，有计划、有组织地解决设备设施及现场管理问题。 9.统筹防汛、火灾、突发纠纷等应急处置，确保消防系统有效，监控覆盖无死角，安保巡逻严密，有效防范和处理各类安全事故。
