工作职责:
This is your chance to join Hilton’s GCM Development team, where you’ll contribute directly to Hilton‘s growth strategy by supporting the addition of new hotels to our expanding portfolio. As the Senior Manager of Development, reporting to the Senior Director of Development GCM, you will play a key role in advancing Hilton’s full-service footprint across GCM. You will source new opportunities, evaluate projects, and negotiate deals in alignment with Hilton’s development priorities.
Position Summary:
• Source and evaluate new development opportunities by conducting preliminary assessments, financial analysis, and due diligence to support informed decision-making.
• Support deal negotiations by preparing proposals, coordinating with senior leaders, and advancing opportunities through contract execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, industry partners, real estate brokers, architects, designers, legal advisors, and local authorities to generate leads and unlock new full-service development opportunities.
• Support the strategic planning, development, and coordination of regional development activities to advance company goals, while clearly communicating key messages to internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally with AD&C, Operations, Legal, Finance, Feasibility, and Brand teams to ensure project objectives and requirements are met.
• Stay informed about market trends and internal initiatives that support team priorities, and maintain close relationships with teams driving brand, product, and service innovation.
• Provide accurate activity reports, development approval documents, investment committee materials, and other analyses, research, and presentations to support timely development processes and senior leadership needs.
• Represent Hilton at industry events and participate in relevant local industry activities.
