    【岗位职责】 受理并解决各岗位员工反馈的各类IT技术问题及系统操作故障。  协助信息技术部经理开展酒店IT板块全流程日常运营管理工作。  对接酒店各部门,为办公电脑软硬件故障提供专业排查、维修与技术支持。  配合信息技术部经理,针对酒店现有及未来规划落地的信息化系统,提供优化、落 地相关建议。 对影响酒店营收、宾客体验的IT故障进行优先级分级处理,快速闭环解决问题, 并主动开展设备预防性维护工作。  完整梳理、登记IT系统及相关设备资产,建立完善的资产台账,确保信息准确完 整。 及时排查工作中各类潜在及现存安全隐患,及时上报并跟进整改落地 。 根据酒店各类业务需求,调研并制定多元化IT解决方案,负责酒店各类新型技术设备的安装调试工作。  根据业务和酒店的需要,随时增加的其他职责和任务。 [Job Responsibilities】 Accept and resolve various IT technical issues and system operation failures reported by employees in all positions.Assist the IT Manager in carrying out the full-process daily operation and management of the hotel's IT division. Coordinate with various hotel departments to provide professional troubleshooting, repair, and technical support for hardware and software failures of office computers. Collaborate with the IT Manager to offer optimization and implementation suggestions for the hotel's existing and future planned information systems. Prioritize IT failures that impact hotel revenue and guest experience, resolve issues quickly and thoroughly, and proactively carry out preventive maintenance of equipment. Complete a comprehensive review and registration of IT systems and related equipment assets, establish a detailed asset register, and ensure information is accurate and complete. Promptly identify potential and existing safety hazards in daily work, report them immediately, and follow up on rectification and implementation. Research and develop diverse IT solutions based on various business needs of the hotel, and be responsible for the installation and commissioning of various new technical equipment in the hotel. Professional Skills: Proficient in maintaining hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Infrasys) and various interfaces (POS, door lock, telephone billing system, etc.). Familiar with AutoCAD and able to survey building sites based on AutoCAD drawings. Solid knowledge of network architecture, server virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), network security strategies, and data backup solutions. Capable of providing emergency response to handle unexpected IT failures. Language Ability: Necessary English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to read English technical documents fluently. Management & Soft Skills: Strong team leadership and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills; able to develop IT training plans and guide subordinates. Excellent customer service mindset with a deep understanding of the "guest first" service philosophy in the hospitality industry. Certain capabilities in project management and budget control. Analyze training needs and training effectiveness, ensure the full implementation of training packages across all departments, and ensure that they reflect the specific policies and procedures of the hotel. Further develop the training resource library by assisting departmental trainers in creating and implementing hotel-specific training packages, and plan, design, and deliver training courses. Develop a training marketing strategy, display it prominently in the hotel’s back-of-house areas, and ensure it is reflected in relevant training topics. Work with the Director of Human Resources to develop, implement, and review (at least once a year) training policies and procedures that align with the hotel’s strategic business objectives. Fully utilize data from the online learning platform, or promote the platform to management and departmental trainers to enhance learning outcomes. Coach and train managers and departmental trainers to improve departmental performance. Continuously seek and support new methods and processes to enhance the quality of training provided; train and develop team members. Together with Executive Committee members and department heads, develop the annual training plan and training budget for the training department based on the group’s brand standards. Maintain contact and good cooperation with external suppliers, training providers, and third parties related to legal and safety matters. Additional duties and tasks will be added as required by operations and the hotel.
