About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental Sanya within the Security Department in Sanya, the Director of Security is responsible for the day to day maintain the safe environment around hotel, deal emergency and administering supervision for all colleagues within security department (patrol and fire control centre) to ensure that smooth running of the operation to serve all guests have an enjoyable and comfortable a stay as possible. Moreover, the Director of Security is responsible to check staff working plan and training plan and spot-check training section. Performance duties will accord the procedure. The Director of Security reports to the Hotel Manager. As Director of Security, you will be responsible for the following duties: Supports supervisors and colleagues in the daily operation of the department ·    Ensures the General Manager and EXCOM are appraised of all safety and security related matters in a timely manner ·    Provides security awareness and occupational safety induction training to all newly hired colleagues ·    Produces various reports as required by the MOHG’s Fire, Life, Health, Safety and Security guidelines ·    Responsible for the protection of hotel guests, colleagues, assets (tangible and intangible) and other resources by developing and maintaining an organization that is responsive to the current, continuing and immediately foreseeable security, safety and health/hygiene requirements of the Hotel ·    Stays attuned to statutory and corporate requirements on fire, life, health and safety, and security (FLHSS) ensuring appropriate activities are in place within the hotel ·    Maintains and develops close working relationships with external contacts such as PSB and local government ·    Manages all security investigations As Director of Security, we expect from you:  Minimum 5+ years of Director of Security experience in luxury hotel Familiar with hotel safety regulations, fire control, emergency response and local public policies High interpersonal skills Relevant security management or fire safety certifications are preferred Our commitment to you Learning & Development. 1.确保所有防损安全和资深防损安全员按规定程序和标准完成他们的工作职责，监督指导防损员完成 事件的调查程序。 2.协助防损部经理定期对防损安全员和资深防损安全员的工作表现进行评估。 3. 紧急情况下，指示安全部人员按经理要求履行他们的职责。 4.协助消防主管完成对酒店消防设施设备的检查，并报告防损部经理。 5. 除上述职责外，还需完成防损部及管理层安排的其它合理任务。 相关五星级酒店保安主管经验，有消防工作经验优先

1. 负责监控中心所有设施设备管理及维护。 2. 监控酒店各区域情况，发现异常及时跟踪上报并做好相关记录。 3. 遵守监控中心保密制度，对监控室所监控范围及摄像监视头的开关时间进行保密，不随意传播。 4. 做好监控中心每日相关记录及存档。 5. 严格遵守监控中心设备操作程序。 6. 服从上级领导安排的其他工作任务。

As the essential component of Safety & Security, Security Officer takes the basic responsibility of security and safety. They should keep the safety at their working area. Monitor the nearby entrance & area, report any suspicious objective. Make sure property equipments are work normally, and report any defect and damage and unsafe situation.
