eave application form, personnel notification form, reimbursement form for petty cash, overtime application form, stamp application form, licenses borrowing application form and so on.
负责所有假期申请表,人事通知表,现金报销,加班单,用印申请,证照借用人事相关单据的有效流转、分发及存档。
Responsible for filing, sorting and maintaining of monthly HR forms & files.
负责每月各种人力资源表格,文件的归档,整理和维护。
Responsible for updating and maintaining the information in HR system.
负责人事系统数据更新和维护。
Inform the new colleague to sign offer letter, prepare the materials needed and help with the check in procedure.
通知新员工签订录用通知, 准备报道材料及办理入职手续。
Responsible for stamping of exit colleague labor handbook, resignation forms and exit certifications do the checkout procedure for exit colleague.
负责离职员工人事变动单、员工手册、离职证明的用印及离职人员的手续办理。
Responsible for the social insurance, staff canteen, locker room and dormitory management.
负责员工社保,员工餐厅,更衣室,员工宿舍管理。
Job Specification职位要求:
At least 3 years of work experience at this position in luxury hotel.
具备五星级酒店同等职位三年以上工作经验。
Good communication skills and service oriented.
具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
Fluent in English.
英语流利。
