【岗位职责】
1.Maintain the strictness confidentiality on all matters relating to Marriott, including all other internal matters directed to the Executive office and hotel.

2、Supports the General Manager and his/her team by completing administrative responsibilities. Duties include organizing, composing and distributing correspondence to associates and guests, initial response and follow up to inquiries and collecting and tracking problem resolution information.
通过完成行政职责,协助总经理和他/她的团队。职责包括组织、撰写和分发给员工和客人的信件,初步回复和跟进询问,收集和跟踪问题解决信息
【岗位要求】
1. Mature and steady、Secretarial experience is preferred.
成熟稳重,具有秘书工作经验优先考虑。
2. Master the general knowledge of hotel management, familiar with hotel secretarial work and administrative management knowledge.
掌握酒店经营管理一般知识,熟悉酒店秘书工作和行政管理知识。
3. Master practical writing methods, understand reception etiquette, etiquette.
掌握应用文撰写方法,懂得接待礼仪、礼节。
4. Able to handle general documents, correspondence and information, with good coordination, reception work ability.
能处理一般的文件、函电和资料,具有较好的协调、接待工作能力。
5. Have good writing ability, can write all kinds of application documents and plan, summary, report, etc.
有较好的文字组织能力,能撰写各类应用文稿及计划、总结、报告等。
