【岗位职责】 1、负责水暖空调的工作，生活热水的供应。 2、严格按工作程序，保证维修单指定的工作及时、准确地完成。 3、负责酒店水暖空调系统、给排水系统管道、阀门及其辅件的维修保养。 4、保管好工程各设备机房钥匙，代用钥匙做好登记。 5、每日检查楼宇自控系统运行情况，按要求及时调整灯光的开关时间。 6、中控室晚班值班人员负责对紧急维修进行处理。 7、每日对酒店的水、电、煤气等能耗情况做好统计。 【岗位要求】 1、中专以上文化程度；一年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求，以及水暖空调系统、给排水系统和辅件的基础知识。 3、掌握水暖空调系统及设备、一般水力机械、各种阀门等的结构和功用，并具有较强的实际操作能力。 4、有强烈的事业心和责任感，行为举止文明礼貌。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。

严格执行各项规章制度，认真操作，确保设备安全运行。 保证酒店日常供电、供水、供气、供热、供冷设备正常运转。 及时巡视准确的填报设备运行记录及交接班记录。 对所管辖的设备、设施进行巡检与维护。 节约能源，控制能源消耗。 跟进宴会、会议的保障工作，保证酒店宴会、会议设备的正常工作。 定期按要求试运行发电机、确保断电时发电送电。
