【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店消防控制室的值班值守，实时监控火灾自动报警系统、联动控制系统及视频监控系统运行状态。 2、严格执行消防控制室管理制度，准确记录设备运行数据、报警信息及处置情况，确保记录完整可追溯。 3、发现报警或异常情况时，按照应急预案迅速确认、处置并上报，配合相关部门进行现场应急响应与疏散引导。 4、定期检查消防主机、灭火器材、应急照明等设备设施的完好性，发现问题及时报修并跟踪整改。 5、协助安全部门进行消防演练、培训及日常消防巡查，确保酒店消防系统处于有效运行状态。 6、遵守酒店各项安全规章制度，保持控制室整洁，做好交接班工作，确保信息传递准确。 【岗位要求】 1、持有消防设施操作员证，证件在有效期内， 需要男性懂得客房维修，日常需要配合工程部维修。 2、熟悉消防控制室操作流程及火灾自动报警系统基本工作原理，能独立处理常见报警信号。 3、具备良好的安全意识和责任心，能适应轮班制工作（含夜班），无妨碍岗位的疾病或生理缺陷。 4、有消防、安保相关工作经验者优先，无经验但愿意学习且持证者可考虑。 5、具备基本沟通协调能力，遇紧急情况能冷静判断、快速汇报。

Monitor security conditions across all hotel areas through surveillance systems and physical patrols to prevent and mitigate security incidents. 3. Assist in handling emergencies such as fires, thefts, and disputes, implementing appropriate measures in accordance with emergency protocols. 4. Maintain order at hotel entrances and exits by registering and inspecting individuals and vehicles in compliance with security regulations. 5. Collaborate with relevant departments to provide security support for large-scale events or important receptions, ensuring smooth operations. 6. Regularly inspect firefighting equipment and security facilities to ensure they are in proper working condition. 7. Embrace the corporate culture and follow instructions from superiors.

1.负责酒店消防控制室24小时值守，实时监控消防报警、监控、门禁、应急广播等系统运行状态，及时处置异常报警信息。 2.熟练操作消防主机、监控设备，准确记录设备运行、报警、处置情况，规范填写值班日志。 3.熟悉酒店消防设施分布、应急预案，发生火情/突发事件时，第一时间按流程上报、启动应急处置、联络相关部门。 4.定期检查消防控制室设备，配合维保单位开展检测、维护，确保系统完好有效。 5.严格遵守酒店安全管理规定，保守监控及消防系统信息，做好岗位交接工作。 任职要求:持有消防设施操作员相关资格证书，具备岗位所需专业能力,无证勿投。 年龄25-45岁，身体健康，能接受白夜轮班/夜班，无不良嗜好。 熟悉消防控制室操作流程，了解消防法规及酒店安防基本要求，有酒店/物业中控工作经验优先。 责任心强、反应机敏、做事严谨，具备良好沟通能力和应急处置意识。 无违法犯罪记录，服从管理，遵守酒店规章制度。
