Primary Responsibilities主要职责 1. Daily metering of electricity, steam,hot and cold  water，gas and oil consumption (log book). 记录日常电、蒸汽、冷热水、煤气、油的消耗量(日志)。 2. Recording of chiller logs &relevant checklist, utilities consumption etc. 记录制冷机日志和相关的检查清单，设备的损耗等。 3. Checking periodically and recording offresh water tank levels ensuring that sufficient (minimum) water level ismaintain at all times. 定期检查并记录水箱水位，随时保持足够的水位。 4. Rush to repair activelywith colleagues, and get rid of the trouble in time. 积极参加各种设备故障的抢修工作，及时排除故障。 11. Keep all the equipment running inorder. • 妥善地组织和履行对酒店、营运部门、维保部门、能源及成本部门的能源管理职能。 • 支持并制定降低能源运营成本及改进措施计划。 • 分析并监督部门的能源成本及费用支出。 • 负责各工程班组维修材料的补充、和提前申报工作； • 控督导并检查员工在工作中对节约能源及材料的认识，以降低维修费用； • 听从主管的工作安排。 • 严格执行安全制度，并按操作规范进行操作。 • 做好酒店高、低压配电间和变压器间配电设备的维修保养工作，确保正常供电。 • 保证电气设备的照明灯具等的正常使用。 • 各项电气工作要严格做到：装得安全，用得正确，修得及时，拆得彻底。 • 定期检查移动及半移动电具的安全绝缘用具每半年进行一次耐压试验。  •做好值班工作日记和设备运行记录。 • 确保所属下级员工按照值班表要求按时出勤。 • 确保工程部门员工遵守颁布的工程工作程序和标准。 • 检查员工遵守仪容仪表规定。 • 为按照公司的指导方针进行的正式的员工绩效考核和鉴定提供建议。 • 协助维护一套全面的，通用的，以顾客为中心的部门规范和程序，通过持序性的培训监督规范和程序的执行。 • 定期与员工沟通，保持良好的员工关系，了解员工对于提升宾客满意度的想法。 • 协助部门经理开发大道服务行为标准和持续改善宾客体验的各类活动。
