Be responsible for managing VIP Group and Restaurant to deliver an excellent guest service while training talent and working within budgeted guidelines.
负责管理VIP团队及餐厅运营,为客人提供优质的对客服务,培训人才并在既定指导方针下开展工作。
Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
· Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to exceed their needs.
与所有的酒店客人建立并保持积极的关系。
· Take action to address these needs in order to exceed their expectations.
努力去预知客人需求以便满足并超出他们的需求。
· Create a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers.
在与国内外的客人交流时,努力保持酒店的正面形象。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
·Good oral and written communication skills
良好的口头及书面沟通能力
· Min 2-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
至少2年酒店相关运做经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
· Associate degree or above
全日制大专(含)以上学历
·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
