19. Assist to processes all the Personnel Action Form coming in / out of the HR Office. Administrators employee’s confirmation, promotion / demotion, transfer, salary adjustment and resignation. Ensures all the forms and database are properly recorded.

20. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
