Primary Responsibilities主要职责
· Identify the industry trends of human resources development and formulates hotel Human Resource planning to cope with the requirement of hotel operation.
了解本行业人力资源发展的情况,制定与酒店经营需要相符合的人力资源计划。
· Formulates and updates policies, procedures and standards on recruitment, training and human resources management, and make sure its implementation.
制定并及时更新招聘、培训、人力资源管理的政策、操作程序和标准,确保其实施。
· Make out salary range for each position according to the market and hotel situation, and submit salary adjustment proposal if need.
根据市场行情和酒店实际,制订各职位的工资幅度。如有需要,提出工资调整的方案。
· Plans annual budget for manpower, talent benefits and training, and submit for approval.
制定年度的人力费用、人才福利及培训预算,并提交审批
· Conducts and annual evaluation for all talent, review appraisals and follow up any particulars for further actions.
组织人才的年度评估,并做好评估的后续跟进工作。
· Be responsible for all talent activities as to the positive moral of talent.
负责所有的人才活动,注重调动人才的积极性。
· Coordinate talent relation, handle discipline talent case and talent grievances, deal with labor dispute.
协调人才关系,处理人才违纪事件和人才申诉,处理劳资纠纷。
· Submit the annual Learning & Development program to General Manager as per hotel Learning and Development needs, and monitor its implementation.
根据酒店学习与发展需求,向总经理递交年度学习与发展计划,并监管其实施。
· Ensure maximum talent productivity through advising on matters of organization design and development and by implementing effective Hotel Learning & Development plans.
通过合理的机构设置和人员配置及实施有效的学习与发展计划,实现劳动效率。
· Provide leadership to P&C team for implementing all routine work of Human Resource Department.
领导人事与文化部团队做好部门的日常工作。
· Have a good knowledge of current and newly published PRC and local laws as they pertain to the P&C function in order to ensure compliance in a timely manner.
了解国家及地方现行的和新的劳动法律法规,确保其在人事与文化部工作中的及时贯彻和执行。
· To ensure that all Human Resources forms/reports to be forwarded to Corporate HR Department are submitted accurately and promptly.
确保所有交给集团的表格/报告准确和及时。
· Provide guidance and expertise to talents, supervisors and department heads in the management of the total human resources of the organization in a positive, flexible, and competent manner.
积极为酒店人才、主管和部门经理在人力资源管理方面提供指导和专业性意见。

· Interacts in a positive way with other departments to ensure a perfect guest experience.

· Measures talent satisfaction through surveys, round tables with team members.

· Supports operations and assists in achieving team member and guest satisfaction goals.

· Anticipates and addresses talent relations matters, responds timely to talent inquiries and is proactive in promoting team member satisfaction.

· Develop a recruitment/selection strategy and mobility process.
制定招聘、挑选策略、人才流动程序。
· Encourages the development of talents to achieve their highest potential.

· Creates and implements an integration and training strategy that brings efficiency to talent performance,
建立和实行整体的培训战略有效提升人才表现。
· Coach management on handling and resolving performance issues in the hotel.
指导管理人员处理和解决人才工作表现事宜。
· Manages and implements the performance appraisal review system.

· Is an integral part of the business team, attends all scheduled meetings and contributes actively with proper preparation.

· Interviews, selects, trains, appraises, coaches, counsels and disciplines departmental talents/managers according to Accor and company standards.

· Effectively communicates with team members.
与酒店团队成员进行有效地沟通。
· Be an inspiration to all hotel talent to achieve levels of performance.

· Ensures compliance with local health and safety regulations.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
· Education Background学历要求
Ø Major Requirement专业要求
Hotel Management/Tourism Management/Others, with oversea study background is preferred.
酒店管理/旅游管理以外的其他专业,有海外留学背景优先考虑
Ø Academic Requirement学历要求
College and above, with master degree is preferred.
大学专科及以上学历,研究生硕士优先考虑
· Professional Certificates职称/执业资格
With Human Resources Management Level 2 and above, Psychology Consultant Certificate or others is preferred.
有人力资源管理师二级及以上证书、国家心理咨询师证书优先考虑
