Responsible for planning, organizing, conducting, leading and auditing the performance of personnel involved in Bell Service activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

1. Supervises the activities of Bellman and Doormen engaged in duties such as carrying baggage, rooming guests, paging, running errands and posting information on the event order board.
主管行李员和门童的日常工作包括行李递运,安置客人,呼叫,信息传达并作记录。
2. Answers telephone calls for Bell Service and attends to guest inquiries requests and complaints regarding his section.
回答有关行李员服务的电话并处理客人对其部门的询问要求和投诉。
3. Determines work schedule of all Bell Service personnel; reviews record of attendance and accomplishments of Bell Service personnel in log books; ensures that pending items are completed; takes appropriate action.

4. Supervises maintenance and control of use of Bell Service Baggage room; enforces cleanliness of baggage room and proper procedures in receiving, storing and issuing baggage.

5. Ensures that personnel are always properly groomed – neat and orderly – and proper in manner and deportment.

6. Initiates requisitions for supplies need by the Bell Service; forwards this to the Front Office Manager for approval.

7. Keeps superior informed regarding the performance of his section; suggests possible ways and means of improving service.
通知上级领导有关部门表现的事宜,对提高服务质量的方式方法提出建议。
8. Co-ordinates arrangement of transportation for guests during his shift.
在其班次为客人安排好交通。
9. Conducts preliminary selection interviews of candidates for positions in his section taking into account standards of personnel quality of the Hotel.
对应聘该部门的人员进行初步面试,对方必须符合酒店的标准。
10. conducts orientation for new hires for his section advising them in writing of the standards against which performance of their subordinates will be evaluated.
对部门新员工的入职培训并书面通知他们的表现将被评估。
11. Initiates Commendations and Misconduct Notices.
拟定奖励政策和不正当行为通知。
12. Appraises performance of subordinates and recommends appropriate action basing on results of rating.

13. Identifies training needs of subordinates of personnel within his section.
如有需要则进行部门内部人员培训。
14. Performs such other duties common to all supervisors and other duties as may be assigned.
