1. The Resident Manager assists the General Manager
with the day-to-day operations of the Hotel, with the primary objectives of
increasing profitability for the Company, improving standards of product and
service for guests and improving the morale and general working environment of
all members of the staff.
2.Manage the operations part of the hotel through close involvement in all operations, multi-skilling the team to ensure an efficient but effective business.
3.Lead the team in all areas of the operation.
4.Work closely with the General Manager you will establish clear performance goals for the team5.Provide regular feedback to them through coaching and support.
6.Be a leader who inspires the team by understanding their individual needs and working with them in and approachable way.
7. Drive hotel programs and projects.
