【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店的水、电、汽、空调、电梯、装饰、装潢、厨房、PA设备等机电设备的日常维修保养和计划性维修保养工作； 2、服从主管的领导，服从调度，保证酒店所有机电设备的完好和及时维修、正常运行； 3、保证客房和厨房、公共区域、水、电、空调的正常供应； 4、保证厨房设备的正常运行，发现故障及时维修； 5、客房卫生洁具及设备需要维修时，应及时维修的同时做好对客服务准则； 6、负责酒店所有门锁、窗锁、门地弹簧抽屉锁的更换修理； 7、负责酒店所有装饰、装潢的维修工作； 8、对设备进行技术改造，使之符合酒店要求，并进行小型零件的加工； 9、根据设备的使用，协助领班制定出相应的年度、月度维护保养计划，并严格实施； 10、完成上级交办的其它工作事项。 【岗位要求】 1、有强烈的责任感和事业心，工作认真负责，且对业务精益求精，具有较强的分析能力和动手能力。 2、具有机电、装修、装潢等方面知识，具备一专多能的技术技巧，能够承担起综合维修任务。 3、身体健康，精力充沛。

【岗位职责】 电工要及时进行维修，安装，预防维护以及日常配电和灯光照明系统运行情况，包括饭店内高压开关，变压器，低压开关，过压保护电路，接地保护，电量计量表，辅偿电容器，直流充电装置，柴油发电机，弱电调光器，避雷器等运行情况，保持设备在高效和经济的运行状态。 【岗位要求】 1、职业学校电力专业毕业； 2、有关政府部门要求的职业资格证，操作证，如高压证，高压入网证及低压电工证等；

【岗位职责】 1. 严格遵守本专业的规章制度和操作规程进行操作、维护和检修； 2. 根据维修单和上级的安排，及时修复各类油漆制品及装饰； 3. 对所有墙纸装饰进行维修更换； 4. 对酒店内的木装饰进行油漆修补； 5. 对新制作的木器进行油漆； 6. 负责酒店内小型装修工程中的监督涂料装饰施工； 7. 对酒店所有铁制品、铁栏杆等进行防锈处理及油漆翻新。 【岗位要求】 1. 丰富的油漆粉饰经验，达到一定的水平； 2. 立承担墙面、家具等油漆、修补工作及其它维修工作； 3. 认真负责，注重材料的节约。
