招聘岗位：装修1人 1. 维修，保养和工程设备操作工作要与部门要求相一致。      Execute the repair, maintenance and engineering operations according to the departmental standards.        2. 合理的使用和维护所有电气工具设施。     Properly handles and maintains all power tools.                                3. 按照工程部部门管理要求，对其他商务人员或技术员予以支持。     Assists other trades persons or technicians when requested by Engineering Management.                            4. 避免潜在危险的发生，遵从当地法律和法规。         Avoids unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes. 5. 确保所有工作区域干净整洁，在进行维护、维修的时候做好周边保护工作。     Ensures cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties.             6. 维修、保养工作以及工程运营达到客户的期望。     Performs repairs and maintenance works and engineering operations to meet customers’ expectations.  7. 确保管辖区内能耗可以实时测量，仪表正常使用。     Ensure energy conservation measures are in place.  8. 确保消防及安全系统操作正常。     Ensure fire, life and safety systems are operational.                 9. 遇到火灾等紧急逃生的情况，要执行紧急疏散流程。比如参加火警报警及救援工作。     Performs emergency procedures relating to fire, life and safety;e.g., such as attending to fire alarms, lift rescue.  10. 电工具有有效的高压进网证优先考虑。       Electricians with valid high-voltage access certificates are preferred.

岗位职责 1、按工作程序，保证维修单、工作指令单上规定的工作尽快地完成。 2、酒店各区域的家具、木制固定设施的维修、维护。 3、天花、玻璃、镜具、标志牌的维护保养。 4、各种沙发、椅子、柜台、墙面包布的维修和更换。 5、家具油漆（含新制家具）及装修板面的油漆。 6、机电设备及其水管、蒸气管、通风管的油漆。 7、各种砌筑工程、地面贴面修补、墙面刷白、天花批灰、刷白、屋面墙面补漏。 岗位要求 1、中专以上文化程度；1年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、掌握装修、装潢的基本知识，并具有一定的审美能力。 3、掌握各种装修材料的工艺特性和操作方法，较熟练地掌握木器制作、维修、修补墙纸、各种五金配件的修理、修补地毯等基本技艺。 4、热爱本职工作，努力学习技术，不断提高业务水平，做到一专多能，举止文明礼貌。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。

1. 拥有酒店或其他服务行业工程部相应领域工作经验一年以上； 2. 具备相应的操作证或从业资格证； 3. 热衷酒店服务行业；
