1. 负责酒店所有的排水系统的正常运转和保养维修； 2. 参与蒸汽管路、冷热水管路系统的改造和维修保养； 3. 负责酒店内所有水龙头及卫生洁具的维修保养； 4. 负责对酒店所有下水、污水道进行维护及疏通； 5. 配合做好所有水系统设备的维修保养； 6. 负责各区域厨房内的煤气管接口、阀门的检查保养； 7. 主动向上级汇报工作中的问题及完成情况，及时记录当天维修日志； 8. 除及时完成本职负责的各维修任务外，应服从上级的指派，帮助其它工种努力完成相关的维修工作。

Be   responsible of the authority and nicety of the data.      － 检查锅炉及蒸汽系统，按要求做好完整、准确的运行记录并存档。对所记录数据的真实性和准确性负责 12.   Keep the boiler clean and tidy, and the supplement of the boiler and the attachment are also tidy and clean. － 保持锅炉房的清洁卫生，保持锅炉及附属设备的清洁卫生 13.   Maintain the boiler and steam daily. － 执行对锅炉房及蒸汽锅炉系统之日常保养工作 14.   Check the steam and supply of water according to the indication of the supervisor. － 根据上级指示，查验蒸汽及供水系统 15.   Deal with the repairing project in emergence, such as the supply of water and the steam blow out. － 处理紧急抢修工程，如供水或蒸汽喉管爆裂 16.   No shift if the equipments or the systems go wrong, or the troubles and the accidents are not finished. － 若设备或系统出现故障或事故时，故障或事故未处理完前不可以进行交接班

To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer.
