职位描述 Job Description 1.向客人和会员解释如何正确使用健身器材和设备,执行工作时间的监管。 Advise and explain to guests and members the proper way to utilise gym equipment and pool facility, enforce at all time the Rules and Regulation. 2. 保持清洁和相关任务为健身中心和游泳池及水疗中心保持一个干净整洁的环境。 Perform cleaning and relevant tasks for Fitness centre and pool deck and SPA to maintain a clean and tidy environment. 3. 执行接待任务:所有客人登记,处理账单和付款,接听电话等,以确保有效的操作执行。 Perform reception tasks: register all users, handle bill and payment, answer calls etc. to ensure efficient operation is carry out. 4. 执行和替换其他,充分关注客人的活动,以确保适当的安全。检查和补充毛巾及洗漱用品根据设置标准, 确保提供足够的供应。 Perform and replace other posts, give full attention to guest’s activities to ensure proper safety and security. Check and replenish towels and toiletries accordi ng to set up par to ensure sufficient supplies is provided. 5. 提供礼貌和专业的服务和处理所有客人请求和查询随时保持高水准的服务。完成分配的其他职责。 Initiate to offer courteous and professional service and handle all guests request and inquiries at all times to maintain the high standard of service. Complete other duties as assigned. 任职要求 Qualification 1.有工作经验者优先。 Working experiences is preferred. 2. 良好的英文口语和写作能力，良好的服务意识和沟通能力，良好的电脑技能，能在压力下工作并适应倒班工作。 Good oral and written English proficiency, good service manner, able to communicate with all levels, good in computers ，able to work under pressure and adapt to work in shifts.
