Primary Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support:

Maintaining an
efficient filing system.
- Performs
administration duties in the office.
· Disseminate information regarding training activities,
special skill improvement programs.

Assist the
TCM in handling correspondence and
administration work.
· Report to the TCM.
· Assists in any other duties as may be assigned.
Knowledge and Experience

· 协助参与日常管理:
- 有效管理档案。

做好办公室的管理工作。
· 对人才就组织人才活动,酒店人事政策和程序作及时准确地宣传。
· 帮助人才与文化经理处理信函和日常行政工作。
· 直接向人才与文化经理汇报。
·
协助完成其它任务。
