• Supervises and checks for HR Officers daily tasks

• Responsible for Task force Agreement and cost calculations and attendance.

• Conducts C&B, rules and regulations training for all new team members.

• Assists to ensure that all team members are treated fairly and consistently as outlined in their terms and conditions of employment, local legislation, and company/hotel policies and procedures.

• Conducts Exit Interviews for all resigned team members in the absence of Assistant HR Manager and provide feedback to the Asst. HR Manager.
