【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店的水、电、汽、空调、电梯、装饰、装潢、厨房、PA设备等机电设备的日常维修保养和计划性维修保养工作； 2、服从主管的领导，服从调度，保证酒店所有机电设备的完好和及时维修、正常运行； 3、保证客房和厨房、公共区域、水、电、空调的正常供应； 4、保证厨房设备的正常运行，发现故障及时维修； 5、客房卫生洁具及设备需要维修时，应及时维修的同时做好对客服务准则； 6、负责酒店所有门锁、窗锁、门地弹簧抽屉锁的更换修理； 7、负责酒店所有装饰、装潢的维修工作； 8、对设备进行技术改造，使之符合酒店要求，并进行小型零件的加工； 9、根据设备的使用，协助领班制定出相应的年度、月度维护保养计划，并严格实施； 10、完成上级交办的其它工作事项。 【岗位要求】 1、有强烈的责任感和事业心，工作认真负责，且对业务精益求精，具有较强的分析能力和动手能力。 2、具有机电、装修、装潢等方面知识，具备一专多能的技术技巧，能够承担起综合维修任务。 3、身体健康，精力充沛。

【电工岗位职责】1人 1、听从主管的工作安排。 2、严格执行安全制度，并按操作规范进行操作。 3、做好酒店高、低压配电间和变压器间配电设备的维修保养工作，确保正常供电。 4、保证电气设备的照明灯具等的正常使用。 5、各项电气工作要严格做到：装得安全，用得正确，修得及时，拆得彻底。 6、定期检查移动及半移动电具的安全绝缘用具每半年进行一次耐压试验。 7、做好值班工作日记和设备运行记录。 【岗位要求】 1、中专以上学历。同岗位工作2年以上 2、熟悉电气设备安装、维修和排除故障的技术知识，懂得安全用电、节约用电的政策运行记录。 3、有当地特殊工种证书和电工上岗资格证书。 4、能按工作规范和有关制度独立进行工作。 【装修工岗位职责】1人 1、按工作程序，保证维修单、工作指令单上规定的工作尽快地完成。 2、酒店各区域的家具、木制固定设施的维修、维护。 3、天花、玻璃、镜具、标志牌的维护保养。 4、各种沙发、椅子、柜台、墙面包布的维修和更换。 5、家具油漆（含新制家具）及装修板面的油漆。 6、机电设备及其水管、蒸气管、通风管的油漆。 7、各种砌筑工程、地面贴面修补、墙面刷白、天花批灰、刷白、屋面墙面补漏。 【岗位要求】 1、初中以上文化程度；三年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、掌握装修、装潢的基本知识，并具有一定的审美能力。 3、掌握各种装修材料的工艺特性和操作方法，较熟练地掌握木器制作、维修、修补墙纸、各种五金配件的修理、修补地毯等基本技艺。 4、热爱本职工作，努力学习技术，不断提高业务水平，做到一专多能，举止文明礼貌。
