Balancing
high-level commercial strategy with the meticulous operational precision of a 52-key boutique luxury property, this role serves as the second-in-command for all culinary and beverage operations. You will lead the integration of our unique, Taoist-inspired wellness philosophy into the guest journey, championing an exquisite "Nature as Medicine" dining concept driven by organic farm-to-table cuisine and medicinal mixology.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
Strategic Brand
Vision: Spearhead operations across all F&B outlets (3 distinct restaurants, a curated bar, a traditional tea house, and bespoke in-villa dining), ensuring flawless alignment with SLH standards while building a scalable blueprint for future international franchise expansion.
战略品牌愿景:统筹所有餐饮业态的运营管理(3家特色餐厅、1家精品酒吧、1家传统茶室及定制化别墅送餐服务),确保完全符合SLH品牌标准,同时搭建可复制的运营体系,为未来国际品牌扩张奠定基础。
● Financial
Stewardship & Profitability: Drive sophisticated revenue management, innovative menu engineering, and strict cost-control measures to maximize RevPASH (Revenue Per Available Seat Hour) and optimize the divisional P&L (Profit & Loss) without compromising luxury quality.
财务管控与盈利提升:推行精细化收益管理、创新菜单规划与严格成本管控措施,在不降低奢华品质的前提下,最大化每可售座位小时收入(RevPASH),优化部门损益表(P&L)表现。
● Service
Culture & Storytelling: Architect and implement premier service training programs. Act as an inspiring mentor, fostering an organizational culture rooted in experiential "storytelling" around our organic farm, herbal concepts, and local heritage.
服务文化与价值传递:设计并落地高端服务培训体系,担任团队导师,打造以“故事化体验”为核心的企业文化,传递酒店有机菜园、草本养生理念及在地文化的价值。
● Concept
Innovation: Partner closely with the culinary team to evolve our signature wellness gastronomy, creatively utilizing hyper-local produce harvested directly from our on-site organic gardens.
产品创新:与厨务团队紧密协作,迭代酒店标志性养生餐饮产品,创意化运用酒店自有有机菜园直采的本地特色食材。
● Executive
Leadership: Support the General Manager in daily property-wide operations, step in as acting operational lead in their absence, and serve as a core, collaborative member of the Executive Committee (ExCom).
行政管理:协助总经理开展酒店日常全店运营工作,总经理缺位时担任代理运营负责人,同时作为行政委员会(ExCo)核心成员参与跨部门协作。
Requirements & Qualifications / 任职要求
● Education教育背景:
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
正规院校酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
● Experience 工作经验:
8 to 12 years of progressive luxury hospitality experience, featuring a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a senior F&B leadership role (e.g., Director of F&B or EAM) within a verified 5-star/luxury resort environment. Pre-opening or property launch experience is highly advantageous.
8-12年奢华酒店行业深耕经验,其中至少3-5年在五星/奢华度假酒店担任餐饮高层管理岗位(如餐饮总监或行政助理经理);有酒店筹开经验者优先。
● Language Proficiency 语言能力:
○ English: Professional fluency is mandatory for international guest relations, corporate
reporting, and SLH compliance.
英语:需达到专业流利水平,可胜任国际宾客接待、集团汇报及SLH合规对接工作;
○ Chinese (Mandarin): High proficiency is highly valued to effectively manage local
teams, build strong relationships with regional stakeholders, and navigate the
domestic market.
普通话:精通者优先,可高效管理本地团队、维护区域合作方关系并开拓本土市场。

Competencies: Advanced acumen in F&B Revenue Management, a sharp eye for
luxury aesthetics, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a genuine passion for wellness-oriented
gastronomy.
