岗位职责
1. To Schedule appointments and maintains calendar for the General Manager.
2. Take minutes of major meetings as maybe required by the General Manager.
3.Maintains filing or records management system and other office flow procedures.
4.Sets a good example for other secretaries/administration clerks/coordinators in the Hotel and provides guidance when necessary.

2、根据总经理的要求, 做好会议纪要
3、维护归档或记录管理系统及其他办公流程
4、为酒店内其他秘书/行政文员/协调员树立好榜样, 必要时提供指导。
Qualifications
岗位要求
1. Excellent oral and written English
2. Familiar with secretarial and administrative knowledge of hotel
3.Strong communication and coordination skills
4. Good writing ability, able to write various application documents and plan, summary, report, etc

2、熟悉酒店秘书工作和行政管理知识
3、有较强的沟通协调能力
4、有较好的文字组织能力,能撰写各类应用文稿及计划、总结、报告等
