【职位描述】 Job Overview The Design & Planning Director reports to the Regional Vice President – Design Services, Greater China, and is responsible for executing Technical Services within the assigned region while maintaining the integrity of Hyatt’s Design Standards. The Director provides design expertise from early concept development through delivery, and manages external consultants to ensure that design solutions reflect brand positioning, support business objectives, and meet project requirements. A key responsibility of this position is serving as Design Leader for Hyatt Essential Brands in Greater China. The Director leads design direction and execution for Hyatt Essential Brands portfolio, continually optimizing brand design standards and guiding implementation in Greater China market. Success in this role calls for strong insight into the select service hotel market, sound design judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect brand intent, business priorities, and project delivery across Greater China. Key Responsibilities Support the architecture and interior design function for Hyatt Design Services’ Essential segment in Greater China. Support design innovation and optimization of Hyatt Essential Brands in Greater China. Maintain and update Essential Brand design standards and communicate design requirements to Brand and Operations teams. Support owners, consultants, and other stakeholders from the early development stage through design, construction, handover, and opening. Evaluate potential projects through site visits and design reviews to assess feasibility and compliance with brand standards. Support renovation projects by providing design guidelines and advice to operating teams. Oversee consultants’ design processes across multiple projects, protecting owners’ investment while upholding Hyatt’s brand standards and product integrity. Review drawings, plans, and specifications submitted by owners and design consultants, and advise on their alignment with approved designs. Guide owners’ consultants, contractors, and project management teams in implementing Global Design Standards and all brand touchpoints. Produce sketch drawings to communicate with owners and owners’ consultants. Maintain effective communication with Hyatt International Engineering and Technical Services specialists. Qualifications Experience At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry; experience in the select-service segment is preferred. Experience managing owner relationships and working with architecture and interior design consultants. Knowledge of innovation and trends both within and beyond the hospitality industry. Demonstrated ability to drive design innovation and deliver high-quality, commercially viable guest experiences for Hyatt Essential Brands in Greater China. Strong problem-solving skills and creative judgment, with the ability to develop solutions that meet brand and guest expectations while balancing the economic interests of owners and Hyatt. Ability to identify and resolve issues, manage crises, and foster collaboration among owners, consultants, and brand teams, while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Ability to lead large, multidisciplinary creative teams across multiple brands and projects simultaneously. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across departments and teams. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and allocate resources effectively. Ability to mentor and support team members, fostering an empowered work environment. Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and public-speaking skills. 【岗位职责】 1、统筹物业整体运营，制定年度、季度工作计划并推动落地，保障各区域设施设备运行正常、环境整洁安全。 2、负责安保、保洁等条线的日常管理与工作协调，明确岗位标准，定期检查执行效果并督促整改。 3、搭建并完善物业管理制度与应急处理流程，针对火灾、停电、水管爆裂等突发事件，组织演练并指挥现场处置。 4、主导物业成本管控，审核维修、耗材、外包服务等费用支出，通过优化资源配置提升运营效率，降低能耗。 5、对接写字楼运营、公寓运营、酒店客房、餐饮、会议等部门，根据经营需求合理安排后勤保障服务，做好大型接待及活动的物料、场地、人员支持。 6、负责物业团队建设，包括人员招募、培训带教、绩效评定及激励，提升团队整体服务水平与执行力。 7、定期巡查酒店公共区域、车库、设备间、消防通道等重点部位，及时消除隐患，配合完成政府及行业检查并落实整改要求。 【岗位要求】 1、酒店、物业、商业综合体等同岗位管理经验，有金钥匙服务经验者优先。 2、熟悉物业全流程运作，掌握基础工程、消防、安防知识，能独立处理常见运营问题。 3、具备较强的组织领导力，能合理分配任务、指导下属，并有效协调跨部门合作。 4、应急意识与责任心强，面对突发状况能快速判断、果断决策，保障人身与财产安全。 5、服务意识良好，善于倾听客户及员工意见，能妥善化解矛盾，维护企业形象。 6、会使用基础办公软件，能进行简单数据统计与工作汇报。 7、身体健康，可适应弹性排班及高强度工作节奏。

【岗位职责】 1、物业经理在分管领导下，全面负责楼宇工程、安保、消防、会务及保洁部的日常运营，落实各项工作，协助领导处理日常行政事务，协调各部门工作。 2、主持分管部门工作，检查考核部门员工日常工作，确保部门无工作差错。 3、监督检查分管部门的制度落实情况，及时向公司领导反馈，并协助各部门完成整改。 4、制定/完善安全管理制度、应急预案（水/电/煤/气等）及标准化流程，定期风险评估识别隐患，确保合规。 5、日常巡查维保，负责楼宇设施设备、公共区域的日常巡查工作，定期检查水电管线、消防设施、机电设备等关键设施的运行状况，跟进维保安排，确保设施始终处于正常运行状态，防范各类运行故障和安全隐患。 6、持续加强分管部门的自身建设与队伍建设，提升人员素质，提高办事效率，及时完成领导交办的其他工作任务。 【岗位要求】 1、大专及以上学历，物业管理、消防及工程管理等相关专业，持有相关专业证书者优先（注册消防工程师（一级及以上）或注册安全工程师证书（中级及以上，建筑施工或其他）。）。 2、5年以上相关职位工作经验，其中3年以上酒店管理工作经验。 3、具有全面整体的物业或酒店管理知识和控制能力，熟悉工程维修、消防、安保、会务、保洁等管理流程。 4、熟知酒店管理相关的政策、法规和行业发展状况。 5、具有较强的沟通协调能力和强烈的服务意识，高度的责任心及协作意识，具有良好的职业道德，能够承受工作压力。

【岗位职责】  1、负责全酒店公共区域设备设施的清洁与保养。  2、正确使用清洁剂及清洁工具。  3、负责营业区域的清洁。  4、保证客用卫生间的清洁水平。  5、保证会议区域和办公区域的清洁。  6、负责酒店外区域和员工通道的清洁。  7、严格执行安全操作规程，防止意外事故发生。
