岗位职责:
The Sales Manager handles groups less than 10 guestrooms, as well as the catering in house. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales in coordination with the Director of Business Development, implements all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in his/her specific area of responsibility.
销售经理在销售总监的督导下,负责10间客房以上的韩国客户团队及其在店宴会,通过有效的销售活动,在业务发展总监的指导下使他/她所负责区域的住房产量和收入最大化。
1. Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
依照销售计划根据各自的市场执行相应的销售活动。
2. Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the marketing budget.
积极地参与完成部门销售任务,为整个部门达到销售预算做出贡献。
3. Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.
紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量,以及与公司商务、散客、会务相关的生意。
4. Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
无论何时,最大化增加销售额。
5. Assists the Senior Sales Manager and DOS in the forecasting of rooms’ revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups.
协助高级销售经理和销售总监预测未来房间的收入和公司/散客/会议/长住客/的平均房价。
6. Attends major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.
参与主要的旅行社和会议的活动并促进酒店销售(房间,宴会,服务以及其他设施)。
7. Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Senior Sales Manager, Director of Sales or Director of Business Development to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Senior Sales Manager / Director of Sales on potential markets needing coverage.
