岗位职责： 1.熟练操作洗衣机，烘干机以及干洗机。掌握洗衣房设备的全面认知和了解。 2.熟练掌握客衣的洗烫技能知识，确保客衣洗烫质量和品质，降低损坏率。 3.检查成品数量和品质，确保所有客衣被仔细对待，向客人提供优质服务。 4.做好部门新老员工的各种培训，提升员工的工作技能和质量，避免事故。 5.申领洗衣房各类物品并确保化学剂等被恰当地使用，做好清洁剂及其他物品的进出库记录，做到先进先出。 6.使用正确的数量以降低成本、提高质量，避免事故，维持客房布巾和制服质量。 7.管理督促员工的工作和纪律，能够处理紧急状况，观察员工表现并向上级汇报，保持部门正常运营状态。 8.积极配合维保公司做好机器设备的维修保养，所有设备处于良好的运营状态。 9.指挥和保持部门间的工作流动，在部门经理不在的情况下负起责任。 10. 促销酒店的产品与服务，不断地寻找机会发展对客服务。 11. 完成上级安排的特殊任务。 岗位要求： 1.同岗位工作经验优先。 2.具备服装面料方面的知识，有洗衣房详细操作的基本知识。 3.身体健康，能适应酒店工作时间和工作量，能承受工作压力。
