工作职责： Responsible for the safety and security of employees and establishment needs. 确保员工及员工宿舍财产的安全。  Drive the business . 积极推动酒店生意  Implement procedures for security and emergency incidents. 执行员工宿舍保安及险情程序。  In the event of fire, be thoroughly familiar with and guided by the Dormitory’s emergency plan. 如有火情，必须非常熟悉酒店的险情计划并执行计划安排。  Be familiar with location of fire alarms and fire fighting equipment. 熟悉员工宿舍火警及消防器材的位置。  Maintain a regular presence in public area or your assigned post.. 定期巡查公共场所及保安岗位。  Prevent gambling on hotel premises. 杜绝酒店员工赌博。  Prevent Sabotage of hotel premises. 杜绝酒店员工聚众闹事、破坏。  Patrol all areas including Dormitory Floor, dormitory rooms, staff canteen, rooftops, storage areas, car parking and remote areas. 巡查员工宿舍各处，如：员工宿舍各楼层、各房间、员工餐厅、员工厨房、楼顶、库房、停车场及周边地方。  Ensure all goods in Dormitory are fully secured when not in use or unattended. 确保员工宿舍内所有相关设施设备在不使用时的安全保管。  Act on reports delivered by the Security Supervisor regarding any unusual incidents identified by closed circuit television. 当保安主管从闭路电视上得知任何不正常情况而做出指令时，保安员必须马上作出行动。  Ensure no undesirables loiter in or around the staff dormitory premises. 确保无闲杂人员出入员工宿舍或在员工宿舍周围闲逛。 2 / 3  Ensure there is no obstruction to the loading dock and that unauthorized vehicles are removed. 确保车道内无障碍物，非住宿员工车辆不得停在停车场。  Coordinate functions with other security staff or Police and other government Securities and promote good will with them. 与同事、警察及政府其他安全部门通力合作。  Implement the hotel policies and procedures and advise Superiors and Human Resources of action taken. 遵照执行酒店的政策和程序，并积极向主管和人事部提出自己的意见和建议。  Report directly and explain with details if any problem arising or malfunctioning property or equipment to superior or log book. 如有问题和破坏财产的现象应及时向主管报告并详细记录在值班记录本上。  Be correct, secure and courteous in handling any disciplinary or criminal case. 公正、礼貌的处理违纪犯罪事件。  Be alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and advise superior of same. 警惕各种不正常的包裹、客人和车辆，并向主管报告。  Be thoroughly familiar of the property layout, design, entry and exit points. 熟悉员工宿舍分布、标志、进出点。  Engage in staff bag checks and room checks as directed by Human Resources. 按人事部要求检查员工的包裹和房间。  Ensure that the safety control office is never left unattended. 确保岗不离人。  Perform other duties as assigned. 服从酒店的其他工作安排。  Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly. 熟悉财产安全，急救，火灾，紧急事件发生时的程序，能安全有效地操作相关设备。  Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers. 面对险情及时采取行动，并将潜在危险汇报给主管。任职资格：Required Skills – 技能要求  Certification in safety and training and/or licensed as a Security Officer or Law Enforcement Officer may be required. Certified CPR, First Aid instructor and training in law enforcement techniques desired. 拥有安全和培训及保安人员和执法人员的证书。认证的CPR，救生培训员及接受过必要的执法技巧培训。  Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, OSHA requirements and fire codes and life safety codes. 具有本地法律，调查手段，OSHA要求和消防规范及生命安全规范的工作知识。 Qualifications – 学历  Above technical secondary school or vocational training 中专以上或受过职业培训 Experience – 经验  1 year of security and safety experience and/or military/law enforcement experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 具有1年保安经验和军队或执法经验，或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
