Additionally, you will inspect the operating status and functional conditions of systems/equipment to ensure stable and normal operation. What You’ll Do: · You should attach great importance to safety and practice it in daily work. · You will ensure the safety and reliability of assets within your responsibility and maintain the quality of stage sets. · For lighting systems: Responsible for the initial installation of lighting equipment and replacement of faulty lighting fixtures. Capable of carrying and using common hand tools and ladders. Must be able to work at heights and perform various maintenance tasks while maintaining a posture with arms raised above the shoulders for extended periods. · Preventative Maintenance - Must have technical electrical competence, able to read and understand detailed instruction, and able to pass all compliance required technical and safety training. 【岗位职责】 1、负责水暖空调的工作，生活热水的供应。 2、严格按工作程序，保证维修单指定的工作及时、准确地完成。 3、负责酒店水暖空调系统、给排水系统管道、阀门及其辅件的维修保养。 4、保管好工程各设备机房钥匙，代用钥匙做好登记。 5、每日检查楼宇自控系统运行情况，按要求及时调整灯光的开关时间。 6、中控室晚班值班人员负责对紧急维修进行处理。 7、每日对酒店的水、电、煤气等能耗情况做好统计。 【岗位要求】 1、中专以上文化程度；1年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求，以及水暖空调系统、给排水系统和辅件的基础知识。 3、掌握水暖空调系统及设备、一般水力机械、各种阀门等的结构和功用，并具有较强的实际操作能力。 4、有强烈的事业心和责任感，行为举止文明礼貌。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。

Can distinguish accurately conveying pipe of various media, familiar with thedir ection, material and size of pipe.. 准确熟练地区分输送各种不同的介质的管道，熟悉管道的走向、材质和尺寸。 9. Familiar with valves of types, model specifications, the roles and locations. 熟悉阀门的种类、型号规格、作用和位置。
