Responsible for performing all Spa services, in a safe, clean and professional manner to guests and members. Provide uncompromised attention to guests and member service.

The ability to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with members and guests.
以优异的服务吸引会员和酒店客人享受更多不同的服务项目。
Serve as catalyst to promote spa services to members and hotel guests.
未进行按摩服务时,协助提供水疗中心内其他的服务。
Assist in any and all ways in the spa when not scheduled to perform aesthetic services.
保持并更新个人服务知识,了解皮肤护理产品知识和程序的改变。
Constantly maintain an up to date knowledge of the personal services performed and any revisions in the skin care products or procedures used.
协助发展并坚持提高水疗中心服务水平的市场策略。
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies which will enhance the quality of services at the spa.
岗位职责:
1、品牌推广与危机管理:
① 负责积极推广酒店品牌与服务,与政府、媒体保持良好的合作关系;
② 协调酒店相关营运部门,制定并执行酒店活动及促销计划(如销售,餐饮等);
③ 负责制定并执行酒店公关活动计划;
2、销售推广:
①全面负责酒店市场销售管理工作,掌握市场动态,分析并制定应对策略,分解并达成指标;
② 针对市场和宾客需求开发销售渠道,制定产品推广计划。
3、业绩达成及管控:
① 负责业务洽谈及协议、合同的制定与达成,受理个人及团队的订房等业务
② 制定监管机制,指导销售团队按计划开展销售工作;
③ 定期对大客户、长住客、机关团体、旅行社等进行拜访,开发新渠道并保持良好的合作关系;
4、其他工作:
① 负责团队的人才梯队搭建及业务培训;
② 关注细节、以身作则,完成领导交办的其他工作。
