1．配合项目经理做好单位工程成本核算，做好工程用料、人工费的分析，核定各种资源消耗情况，对工程预结算情况提出建议和意见，并及时反馈给项目部。 2．熟悉本施工图纸，熟悉施工现场，了解分项工程分包合同和协议书，配合项目负责人、生产经理做好成本分析，按生产进度计划做好每个生产阶段的施工预结算，及时向项目部反映工程经济运行情况。 3．参与在建项目的预算和竣工后的决算工作，按实结算在建项目分包班组已完工程月度用款报项目生产经理及项目负责人审批。 4．参与各分包队伍的最终结算。 5．协助项目部部对工程项目的进行成本核算、分析。 6．对现场施工员上报的图纸外零星工程进行复核。 7．建好公司预结算及进度报表台帐，填报有关报表。 8、及时向甲方办理相关签证。 9．及时完成公司、项目部交办的其他任务。 任职资格  1. 本科以上学历，工程造价或相关专业，5年以上工作经验。 2. 熟悉房地产及建筑工程的工程预算 3. 掌握安装预算现行规范及要求， 懂招投标方面的专业知识。 4. 建筑或安装专业分包工作经验丰富。
