4、负责离职面谈并提供人员流动的原因的反馈意见
Responsible and handling new employee entry procedures, assistance local employment procedures required by labour bureau
5、负责办理新员工的入职手续和协助劳动局要求的招工手续

Interview arrangement : interview notification & arrangement, first interview implementation, certificate verification, reference check of the candidate.
8、相关部门面试协调及安排:通知面试,进行初步面试,证件检查,基础信息的了解。
Pass the first interview, and then send to relative department for second interview.
9、初次面试合格,送各部门负责人进行复试,并紧密跟踪。
After the second interview, check the requires documentations, and send it to Hotel management for approval.
10、部门面试合格后,检查入店前各项所需文件并报管理层审批。

11、被聘用人员入店前的准备工作(健康证、宿舍登记等事宜)
