As a Service Leader - C&B, we rely on you to
作为一名薪酬福利主管,你的主要工作职责为:
1. To administrate the Human Resources policies & procedures pertaining to C&B.
2. Enroll medical and pension
benefits to all local staff, ensuring that available equates to contracted
entitlement.
3. Conduct in timely and
accurate contract and personal file for the local employees.
4. Update HR system ensuring
the accuracy of the employee’s salary and benefits etc
5. Ensures timely posting of
the leave.
6. Check the monthly
attendance record and ensure that there is no irregularity. Any irregularity to
be confirmed with the Division/Department Heads
7. Ensures that all status
change of the employee had the appropriate approval and documentation.
1. 协助处理相关薪资福利的人事政策和程序的管理
2. 负责员工社保相关事宜,含社保变动,工伤申报等申报办理
3. 负责员工合同及档案管理
4. 确保人事系统员工信息资料的准确性
5. 确保所有假期的记录
6. 核查月考勤纪录,任何异常记录需及时申报
7. 确保任何人事变动符合酒店制度及程序
We are looking for someone who:

1. Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel
2. Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
3. Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office suite
4. Enjoys interacting with people
5. Careful work, a strong sense of responsibility.
6. Good team spirit, good conduct, strong external, and internal communication skills
1. 有豪华酒店相关工作经验者优先
2. 能用流利的英语(以及当地语言)进行沟通和写作
3. 能熟练的使用办公软件
4. 喜欢与人交往
5. 工作细心,责任心强
6. 良好的团队合作精神,品行端正,较强的对外对内沟通能力
