With responsibility for supervise the high tension and the low tension system.  负责监控高、低压系统。  With responsibility for all maintenance of the power distributing network and power distributing substation. Keep the power supply system is running in normal condition anytime.  负责所有的配电网络及配电室的维保工作，确保供电系统随时正常运行。 Supervise all meters on the equipment in the power distributing substation and make the daily record on the paper. (Such as electric current, voltage, the temperature of the power transformer and so on.). 监控配电室所有的仪表并做好详细记录，如电流、电压、配电表的温度等。 To provide assistant to all maintenances related with electric cables or electric equipment. For example, the warning board has to put on the breaker of electric distributor before maintenance is carried out this electric line. And then keep unauthorized persons away from this electric breaker in order to avoid accident happen during maintenance.  监控所有与电缆、电气设备有关的进行维修工作，如在维修工作执行前，将警示牌挂在待维修的配电屏的开关上，确保闲杂人员远离该开关，保证维修期间的安全。 In case of failure in the power distributing substation, the first important is the electricians must keep himself calm and composed. And then carry out following step to do:  有关配电室方面重大事故，电工首先需保持冷静，按以下步骤执行。 Report this situation of accident to the Electrical Supervisor or Duty Engineer without delay.  及时向电气主管或值班工程师汇报故障情况。 According to the operating rule to carry out a correctly program step by step. For example: to shut some electric breakers or turn on some electric breakers on the power panel in the substation.  根据操作程序有计划的实施维修工作，如：关闭配电室内电板上某些开关或打开某些开关。 During failure is being eliminated by the duty electrician, other authorized persons (such as Electric supervisor, Duty engineer) have to supervise all process in order to guarantee the safety. 在进行排除故障期间，其他相关的工作人员如电气主管、值班工程师必须监督所有维修程序，以确保维修安全。 As the elimination of failure is eliminated.
