【岗位职责】 1、负责江苏/安徽区域酒店项目的拓展与开发，完成公司下达的年度开发指标。 2、深入调研目标城市及商圈，筛选优质物业资源，进行项目可行性分析与投资回报测算。 3、主导与物业业主的商务谈判，包括租赁条件、合作模式、合同条款，推动项目签约落地。 4、协调内部设计、工程、运营等部门，推进项目从签约到筹建的全流程衔接。 5、维护与当地政府、中介、地产商等渠道关系，建立区域项目信息网络。 6、跟踪行业动态及竞争对手策略，定期输出市场分析报告，为开发决策提供支持。 【岗位要求】 1、大专及以上学历，年龄30-38周岁，具备5年以上酒店开发、地产拓展或商业选址相关工作经验。 2、熟悉江苏或安徽区域酒店市场，拥有当地物业资源、人脉关系或成功签约案例者优先。 3、具备优秀的商务谈判能力、项目测算能力及合同风险识别能力。 4、能适应高频出差，抗压能力强，目标导向，有较强的自我驱动和结果交付意识。 5、拥有连锁酒店品牌开发经验者优先考虑。
